Banana Rama pancakes:
2/3c. silk milk
1tsp. Flax seed
1/3c. Oats
1/4c. Original aunt jamima pancake mix
2 tbsp. peanut butter 
1 banana
1 apple 

Instructions:

 add the oats, flax seeds, and silk milk in a bowl and mix together. Then put the oats, flax seeds and milk in a blender and blend for 30 secs. Grab the peanut butter and banana, blend it with the badder mix.  Blend until it’s a good consistency for you. It should be thick but not crunchy. Get the pan ready at medium heat and place the pancake badder in and your done:)! 

(Note: You do not have to use butter,olive oil, or regular veg oil because the oil from the peanut butter does it’s job)
